Over 20+ years across FinTech, federal government, healthcare, and energy, I've learned that the hardest part of any project isn't the technology — it's getting people to agree on what they actually need.

CBAP-certified and Salesforce Certified, with a background spanning HUD compliance work, DOL data mapping, AML/regulatory analysis, and enterprise CRM implementations. What I do best is bridge the gap between technical teams and the people who use the systems — writing requirements that hold up under scrutiny, running UAT that catches what matters, and building documentation people actually read. A Master's in Management rounds it out, giving me an edge when the work turns to leading teams, managing risk, or navigating the politics of a project.

Based in the Montgomery, AL area. English degree from UMass Amherst, which comes in handy more often than people expect.
